IntroductionThe following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the MachineCycler.com Matrix program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the MachineCycler.com Cash Double program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and MachineCycler.com. address to activate or use a Member account.By signing up for the
MachineCycler.com program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer
emails from MachineCycler.com and its MachineCycler.com members. If you do not
wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account at any time
2. Illegal activity. Members may not present MachineCycler.com promotions on any
page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable
by MachineCycler.com , its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered
unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not
limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
3. Third-Party Liability. MachineCycler.com will in no way be liable for the
actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
4. Terms and Conditions. MachineCycler.com reserves the right to update, modify,
add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
5. Membership Fee. Our membership fee is nonrefundable.
6. The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator
without giving any reason.
7. There is only Membership charge to become a member.

9. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund
at the sole discretion of MachineCycler.com with all future commissions or
products usage forfeited.
10. Membership Cancellation. Membership at MachineCycler.com is voluntary and
therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. MachineCycler.com will only
cancel/terminate a membership if its deemed that the member is operating in
conflict with MachineCycler.com terms and conditions.
11. Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is
canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with
MachineCycler.com . Any positions held in participating Programs owned by
MachineCycler.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to
MachineCycler.com .
12. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor
of MachineCycler.com .
13. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.
14. Private Information. MachineCycler.com will never provide personal
information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member
unless required by law.
15. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within
MachineCycler.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is
expressly prohibited. MachineCycler.com provides members with approved material
for marketing within the members area.
16. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any
other medium, content that is deemed damaging to MachineCycler.com and or its
members will be terminated from MachineCycler.com . Depending on seriousness,
MachineCycler.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
17. UCE/UBE or SPAM. MachineCycler.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or
SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of MachineCycler.com and for
the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such
activities will have their memberships canceled.
18. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their

responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact
information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in
the termination of your membership.
19. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you
resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from
MachineCycler.com or any program promoted via the MachineCycler.com program.
20. Our membership fee for every position fee NONREFUNDABLE. Membership fees is used to pay for the business which includes maintenance and administration fees, site fees, Advertising, products, etc. so no cancellations will be administered.
21. By using the MachineCycler.com website you agree that you are of a legal age to access such content according to the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction where you live.

MachineCycler.com reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service, to limit, suspend, or terminate a Member's access to MachineCycler.com. Your sole remedy, regardless of the circumstances, shall be the deletion of all content associate with your membership and that was under your direct control on MachineCycler.com.
